Independence. titleregistration.ae is published by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO, a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) or the Government of Dubai, and is not an official registration portal.

Not the registry. The DLD is the sole authority that maintains Dubai’s property register and issues title deeds, under Law No. 7 of 2006. This site explains that process; it does not register ownership, issue or reissue deeds, or take payments. Any work we help arrange is a private facilitation service, separate from this site.
