About titleregistration.ae

titleregistration.ae is an independent guide to how property ownership is registered in Dubai and to the title deed that records it. The aim is to explain a process that’s routine for the DLD but unfamiliar to most buyers — clearly, accurately, and in one place.

It’s published by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO (Trade Licence 78065), a documents-clearing business in the UAE. We explain the process; we are not the Dubai Land Department, and we don’t issue title deeds or maintain the property register — that is the DLD’s role alone, under Law No. 7 of 2006.

What you'll find here

Plain explanations of how ownership is registered, what a Dubai title deed records, how to confirm a deed is genuine, and what happens when a deed has to change. Each page notes when it was last reviewed.

A note on data

This is an information site. It doesn’t run a contact form, take payments, or collect your documents; any analytics we keep are basic and non-identifying.

Where the official record lives

Every registration and every deed is held in the Dubai Land Department’s own system. If you’d like the work handled rather than explained, titledeed.ae is a title-deed service; for a property transfer, conveyance.ae handles the conveyancing
